Structural
Technology, Inc. will provide a competent and qualified person who
shall inspect all machinery and equipment to make sure it is in safe
operating condition. Any deficiencies found during the inspection will be
noted in a written report issued on site.
"All overhead and gantry cranes in use shall meet the applicable requirements for design, construction,
installation, testing, maintenance, inspection, and operation as
prescribed in ASME B30.2 and an annual inspection of the hoisting
machinery shall be made by a competent person or by a government or
private agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Labor"
