Structural Technology, Inc.
offers a Safety Inspection program that meets current NFPA guidelines for performing operational tests and inspections on aerial devices.  In order for firemen to perform their duties under extreme conditions, the equipment must be able to meet the challenge. Safety is of utmost importance therefore the equipment must be safe. In order to prevent potential catastrophic failures, the equipment must be tested and inspected to identify potential problems before injuries or failure occur. A quality testing and inspection program may also prevent units from untimely “out of service” problems and can save Fire Departments money because of early detection before major problems develop.

Every inspection that we perform fulfills the requirements of the NFPA "5-year" inspection.

Our safety inspection program is performed “on-site” as directed by each fire department with the necessary equipment to perform the required tests and inspections. Our Technicians are SNT-TC-1A and CP-189 certified and are trained to work efficiently and safely in any work environment.

A typical Aerial inspection includes:

bullet
